Preface
This essay aims at what went wrong in the criteria of management in one of the real life largest scale Design and Construction Project in the Gulf area between the years 2008 and 2010.The project started in June 2007 pointing at early time
2011 as a dead line yet till the time of writing this article the stakeholders are still to the design process with no real progress in project plus having a lot of obstacles in the project work environment.

Is there a way out that maze but configuration management?
