The major improvement that can be made is to redesign our job technical coordination system by appointing a position of a technical coordinator to fill in the gap and as also to facilitate an easier documented system. The project overview statement attached to this letter explained how the overall job quality can be improved in terms of time management and reduction in the total cost of the project as it is also present the current weakness in the job place that can be improved by creating a job title of technical coordinator. As I confident that I would be performing the best that I could in filling in this requested new job title I am encouraged to seek to be hired in such position with all wellness to fully cooperate with a staff members as a unique team. I do also promises that I would be a real asset for each related team in order to achieve a well organized, productive work environment.

Project Overview Statement
Project:
• Redesign of technical coordination system by calling a technical coordinator.
Problem:
• Lack of technical coordination documenting and control.
Project’s Goal:
• To design a fully controlled documenting system in the criteria of technical works.
Objectives:
This project can achieve the following:
1. Ensuring higher quality deliverables i.e. shop drawings, correspondence and approval documents.
2. Reducing impact time loss.
3. Reducing the Total Cost of the project.
4. Keeping the upper management and other related parties always up-to-date with the design changes and their impact through periodically reporting.
5. Getting our JV’s technical department covered against design changes while producing our shop drawings.
6. Having tighter control changes by gathering all coordination tools and deliverables in one basket.
7. Handy future updating for the project data.
8. Less number of technical conflicts.
Criteria of success:
1. Besides reducing time and cost impact this proposal may enhance the performance of resources in technical by providing them simpler means of tasks’ progress tracking and through CI process which shall be a real asset for the current and future projects.
Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT)
Strength:
1. We are speaking about low budget system which is a good investment on the long run.
2. Coordination in terms of proposing solutions for technical conflicts is truly running smoothly through corridors.
3. A well- experienced motivated resource exists already amongst the technical team and ready to handle the responsibilities of the intended task.
4. We have aware world class management.
Weakness:
1. Assigning the intended title to one of the current resources would create a gap in the current chart of the technical department.( Picking up a resume from our HR’s archive will work this out)
2. Politic conflicts may rise up in the technical team. (The new created win-win situation and the support of the Head of the technical department will work this out)
